East Africa - Community Outreach Coordinator

Deocles Donatus Kamgisha is currently 4 th year medical student at University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania; He is chairperson of standing committee on Reproductive Health including HIV/AIDS (SCORA), Chairperson of Sickle Cell Youth foundation Mbeya branch and have been selected to participate in Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) East Africa Cohort 38 this year 2020. He is active member of Tanzania medical Student Association (TAMSA) and member of Federation of African Medical Students’ Association (FAMSA). He is passionate young leader eager to bring changes in his community and he is been able to participate in several initiatives and volunteering activities including community awareness about COVID-19. He is interested on application of Artificial intelligence to improve health services in Africa.
