North Africa - Project Coordinator

Kahlaoui Meriam is a second year PhD student in Sciences of Health at the Faculty of Medecine of Sousse.

She worked as midwife for 6 year and presently she holds the position of a supervisor in a Medically Assisted Procreation Center.

She did many international leadership trainings: the first one was with the NDI (a program to strengten the youth of political parties in leadership), the second was with the “Arab Women’s Leadership Institute” and the final was in Leitchfield Kentucky USA “Healthcare Leadership Summer School”.

She is a general secretary of the association of midwives of sousse also she is a member of the local committee of the Red Crescent of Sousse-Medina.

She is a leader in Tunisian Scout since 2005  and she was a responsible for relations with civil society in “The Arab African Counci for Sustainable Development”.
