Malik Olatunde is a sixth year Medical Student, at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, a blogger, writer, researcher, public enthusiast and mental health advocate.

As a Medical Student, Malik has vast experience in both basic and clinical experience. He has volunteered and participated in different health programs, community outreaches, seminars, quizzes, and debates across the Nation. He is currently one of the participants of BrainFuse Interprofessional competition 2020 organized by the International Federation of Medical Students (IFMSA) and international Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF).

Malik is one of the Senior Ambassadors of Alpha Global Leadership Academy (AGLA) in Nigeria. He is a co founder of Masaab Academy, Cameroon, where young minds are trained for personal development, branding and marketing. He is the provost of a community of medical students in Nigeria. and currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluating Officer, for the Standing Committee on Population Activities (SCOPA) under the umbrella of the Federation of African Medical Students’ Association (FAMSA).

Malik Olatunde is a member of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights including HIV & AIDS (SCORA) Africa region, a member of One Health Initiative (OHIN)in Nigeria, a member of International Student of One Health Alliance (ISOHA), under the umbrella of One Health Commission, a member of Global Forum on Food Security and Nutrition (FSN Forum) , a member of Antimicrobial Stewardship, Optimum Access and Use in Uganda and a member of One Health Advocacy and Mentorship (OHAM).

As a writer, Malik has written a book, titled “Never Give Up” and two other books in the making, written and given lectures on Rape, Personality Disorders, Menstrual Hygiene, among others. Malik Olatunde has many allies all over the world especially in Iran, Mexico, India, South-Korea, Cameroun, Ethiopia, United States of America, not to start mentioning a few.

His hobbies include travelling, reading, writing, and watching movies.
