Lucas Loiola Ponte Albuquerque Ribeiro

Mr. Lucas Loiola Ponte Albuquerque Ribeiro is a medical student from Universidade de Fortaleza (Unifor) in Brazil, currently at the 10th semester of 12. He is currently enrolled as member of InciSioN - The International Student Surgical Network, as part of the Education International Team- an international non-profit organization of medical students, residents and young doctors who have come together to discuss about, educate on, advocate for, and perform research in Global Surgery, and being Vice-Chair for InciSioN Brazil. Former National Publication and Research Director (PRD) of IFMSA Brazil - 19/20, an National Member Organization of the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) the most renowned and accredited Group of Students in the World, and Editor in chief for the Brazilian Medical Students (BMS). He is the Undergraduate regional coordinator for the Brazilian Association for Medical Education (ABEM) in the Northeast 2 region. Academic member for the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR); Young Leaders for America’s Initiative (YLAI); Academic Ambassador for the Impact Youth Sustainability (IYS) and editor for 3 journals of the EC group.
